Honourable Chief Founder Trustee Late Mrs. Haseena Azmat Ali, a dynamic and visionary lady, decided to establish a Medical and Dental Institute and Hospital perceiving the grave Medical and Dental problems of the people in this suburb of Lucknow, especially for the poor & downtrodden. She dedicated this institution to Excellence in Medical Education, Practice and Compassionate Care. Throughout her life she remained tirelessly committed to make highest quality available education for every student of this institute and train them to acquire clinical experience as per the NMC and DCI curriculum at par with national and international standards. She and her management teams spared no effort in the sacred task of educating and grooming the minds of students approaching this institution for their career development with great hopes and dreams. She always empathized with and appreciated all the students for working in this growing academic field and ensured that they cherish the memories of years spent at the institution and progress with success and excellence in this noble profession. She was very encouraging and supportive towards her staff and stood by them throughout in every endeavor. She always believed in being 'inclusive' and expressed her gratitude towards entire faculty and staff for their continuous and sincere efforts to change her dream into a reality. She continues to live in our hearts as a source of inspiration for strength, commitment, hard work, and excellence.

Education is an effective means of much needed social change and justice. It is an essential component for the development of any progressive nation's medical education as it directly deals with and impacts human lives. "Rome was not built in a day, to create something big it requires meticulous planning, sincere efforts, motivation, and dedication. I am glad that our team has excelled in achieving this objective significantly. The journey started from 1995, when we started 'Career Convent Educational & Charitable Trust, Lucknow' with an aim to provide education and help in creating better future for the country. The trust had established Dental college in 2002 with 100 seats for under graduate program and in 2008, post graduate program with 40 seats. The 'No objection/Essentiality Certificate' for CIMSH was procured in 2011 from the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Medical Council of India had conducted inspection in April 2011. Subsequently on MCI recommendations, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India granted permission to start MBBS course with an annual intake of 100 students from the academic session 2011-12 onwards which has now been upgraded to 150 seats for academic year 2023-2024 Onwards. At the starting point we were affiliated with Dr Ram Manohar Lohia, Avadh University and now we are affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University Lucknow, U.P. We pledge to provide the students with a conducive learning environment and all essentials required to churn them into efficient and outstanding medical professionals. We are also committed to make available the best Medical Education, Research and Patient Care facilities. I am extremely grateful to one and all associated with me for their inevitable support, co-operation, and encouragement, without which we could not have accomplished or gained the heights where we stand today. Our motto is 'Lets Grow Together'
